Great Customer Service!

I purchased the Hybrid Hoodie for my son for Christmas. Once he opened it, he discovered his long lanky frame needed a size larger. I reached out to Mike and he was exceptionally understanding. I was able to exchange the jacket for a larger size. The whole process was smooth and effortless on my part. And the exchange was received in a timely manner. Extordinary customer service!

Size up for sure

Never disappointed with any Fortress's products. The warmest jacket for weight you will find. The greatest benefit is you can get this stuff totally wet and still be warm. I did size up as suggested and it fits close without being restrictive to movement
